Forum MDS closely monitors the design of the building, a process best described as a collaborative interaction among the architect, client and developer. The goal of the process is to combine form with function.
Construction of the project takes place over a time period of many months. During this phase, the developer:

Works closely with the general contractor to assure the delivery of the facility as specified (on time and on budget), and

Coordinates all activities relating to the installation of computers, telecommunications equipment and all other specialized equipment.
